The value for money at this hotel was incredible, with a beautiful and spacious room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by charming restaurants and cafes. The staff, especially Michele and his family, were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury flat in the heart of the old town. The location is excellent, right on a quiet square, and I loved waking up to the view of the roofs of the old buildings and the clock tower from the big windows. The flat is newly refurbished and everything is sparkling and tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable, and the amenities provided, such as the Nespresso machine, Italian coffee pot, and shower gel, made my stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, explaining the parking situation and meeting me outside the property. He even picked me up from the train station when I arrived. this flat has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, and I highly recommend it.
Nothing negative to say.

We had no idea when we booked our stay that we would be arriving with 55,000 people going to a Rolling Stones concert that night! Our hosts emailed us ahead of time to let us know and met us at the station. The flat was clean, comfortable, centrally located and very well equipped. The view was worth the climb. A comfortable, modern apartment with great attention to detail. Little extras made it feel like home. The location was perfect for exploring Lucca. A warm welcome from our hosts.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The only downside is the lack of an elevator, so be prepared for the four flights of stairs.

During my stay in Lucca, I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful flat in the city center. The double bathroom was absolutely splendid, allowing for extra convenience and comfort. The living room sofa was a perfect spot for me to relax and dive into a good book. And let's not forget the breathtaking view from the windows, framing the rooftops and bells of Lucca, keeping me immersed in the beauty of Italy. The location was ideal, situated near charming piazzas and lively Puccini concerts.
Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, such as the absence of a lift and the number of stairs to climb, these were not an issue for me. As someone who enjoys a bit of exercise, I didn't mind the marble staircase leading up to the fourth-floor apartment.

The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was central, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. We also appreciated the fact that the hosts were friendly and helpful.
The lack of an elevator was a major inconvenience, especially since the apartment was located on the fourth floor. finding a parking spot near the apartment was a challenge, requiring a few minutes of walking.
